With the foundation walls finished, the work has moved inside them. Pipes for the building’s underground plumbing now rise from the pad, fill is being spread and leveled inside the foundation, and building materials have been delivered for the next stage.

Footings & foundation

The foundation takes shape

In just over a week, the building’s footprint went from bare ground to finished foundation walls. Crews graded and surveyed the pad, set and poured the footings, then formed, poured and insulated the foundation walls.

Site clearing

Clearing the site

The work began by clearing the ground. An excavator arrived on September 8, and over the following days crews demolished an old building on the property and cleared away the debris.
